Summary Statement

The OESMP embeds ESIA commitments into resort operations, enhancing biodiversity, reducing waste, optimizing water use, and advancing regenerative tourism through integrated management and continuous.

Abstract

Red Sea Global is a developer committed to regenerative tourism, ensuring each project stage supports environmental and social value. This begins with the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, which identifies potential impacts and outlines mitigation and monitoring measures for sustainable outcomes.
To secure long-term value, RSG applies the Operational Environmental and Social Management Plan (OESMP), linking assessments, operations, and conservation. The plan integrates operator practices, internal standards, and regulatory requirements into resort operations, aligning with national and global sustainability goals.
The OESMP translates ESIA commitments into actionable plans embedded in operator Standard Operating Procedures. This enables RSG and its partners, Four Seasons, St. Regis, and Ritz-Carlton, to turn sustainability goals like biodiversity protection, plastic reduction, and water management into measurable results.
Each procedure functions as a regenerative system, shaped by ongoing assessment, monitoring, and refinement through audits and reviews. This adaptive approach ensures sustainability objectives evolve with operational realities.
Tangible outcomes include enhanced turtle nesting through lighting controls and improved beach management. These results show how operational excellence drives ecosystem restoration and demonstrates regenerative tourism in action.
By bridging compliance and regeneration, the OESMP becomes a living system that evolves with operations, turning sustainability performance into lasting environmental and social legacy.
