Summary Statement

Humanovability® introduces a human-centered, regenerative paradigm for measuring and managing sustainability impacts through the integrated framework of the Impact Platform and Consorzio SFERA.

Abstract

This paper introduces Humanovability®, an integrated evaluation paradigm that reconfigures traditional models of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) in light of the anthropocentric, relational, and systemic dynamics of sustainability. The methodology establishes a multidimensional framework capable of correlating human capital, collective intelligence, and value regeneration, outlining a new epistemological standard for measuring evolutionary impact.
At its core, Humanovability® transcends the linear logic of mitigation and compensation, embracing a regenerative approach where impact is understood as a dynamic process of co-evolution between human systems and their ecological, social, and economic environments. The framework positions human consciousness, cooperation, and creativity as active variables in sustainability transitions, thus integrating qualitative dimensions often neglected by conventional assessment tools.
The Grateful Foundation operates as a translational research hub supporting the operationalization of Humanovability® within complex organizational and territorial contexts. Building on this conceptual foundation, the Impact Platform —an integrated infrastructure for the measurement, mitigation, compensation, and regeneration of impacts—has been promoted by Consorzio SFERA (Federative System for a Regenerative and Spherical Economy). Together, they provide a systemic architecture for implementing regenerative governance and fostering evolutionary accountability across institutions, enterprises, and communities.
