The International Association for Impact Assessment (IAIA) is committed to fostering equitable participation and ensuring diverse perspectives are represented in impact assessment. Through the Conference Inclusiveness Bursary (CIB) Program, IAIA will provide a limited number of awards to Indigenous persons from across Canada. These bursaries are designed to reduce financial and logistical barriers, making it possible for recipients to fully participate in IAIA26 in Québec City.
The program recognizes the importance of Indigenous knowledge, lived experiences, and perspectives in enriching dialogue and strengthening the global impact assessment community. By reducing barriers, the CIB Program helps ensure these voices are included, valued, and heard in conversations that shape the future of impact assessment.
