Registration fees can be refunded with a written request received by 29 April 2026; a 25% processing fee (not to exceed US$125) will be retained. After 29 April, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no shows.
(MORE) FINE PRINT. All conference participants, including session chairs, invited speakers, organizers, exhibitors, and presenters, are required to register for the conference at the posted rates. IAIA does not have funds available to pay registration and/or travel expenses for participants. To qualify for the Early Bird rate, full payment must be received by 28 January 2026. Payment of all fees by 29 April 2026 is required to participate in this event; cash payments and registrations on-site will not be accepted. An invoice convenience fee of US$10 will be added when requesting to pay via invoice. Cancellation requests received by 29 April 2026 can receive a refund less a processing fee of 25%, not to exceed US$125. Refunds are typically processed after the conference; the refunded amount may differ depending on exchange rates. After 29 April 2026, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no shows. However, substitutions may be made without financial penalty.
VIDEO/AUDIO POLICIES. Individuals officially identified by IAIA may photograph, videotape, and/or audiotape conference events. By attending the conference, you agree to allow your image to be used by IAIA. Individuals are not permitted to record with personal equipment such as cell phones, cameras, or recorders without prior permission from IAIA and the speaker/presenter.
